1. Agreement to Terms

By using MyNetWorth.app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. I built these tools for legitimate business use, and that's how they should be used.

2. Description of Service

MyNetWorth.app provides:

• Financial calculators and tools
• Document generation (PFS, invoices, statements)
• Local browser-based data storage
• Premium features for enhanced functionality

All calculations and data storage happen in your browser. We don't store your financial information on our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You MAY use this service to:

• Create legitimate financial documents for business purposes
• Calculate and track personal or business finances
• Generate invoices for real services/products
• Prepare documents for loans, investments, or financial planning
• Export and save your data for record-keeping

You may NOT use this service to:

• Create fraudulent financial documents
• Misrepresent financial information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harm, harass, or defraud others
• Attempt to access other users' data (not that you could anyway)
• Reverse engineer or copy the service

4. Premium Features & Payments

Pricing

Current pricing for premium features:

• Basic Net Worth Package: $5 (one-time)
• Professional PFS: $15 (one-time)
• Business Suite: $45 (one-time)
• Professional Invoice: $5 (one-time)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store credit card information. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us and we'll work something out. I'm reasonable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all tools, calculators, and designs, is owned by Glen Meade. You get a license to use the tools, not ownership. The documents you create with the tools are yours to use as you wish.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glen Meade and MyNetWorth.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glen Meade and MyNetWorth.app from any claims resulting from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally in your browser. We don't have access to it. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but we're not obligated to. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Termination

We can terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Since your data is stored locally, termination just means you can't access the site anymore.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MyNetWorth.app regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
